Personal Training

Individualized programming that is tailored to your own goals, training background and health history. With the added benefit of extra guidance and support where you get 100% attention 100% of the time, one-on-one training can help take your goals to the next level.

Ground hurdles

Small Group Training

The same individualized programming approach, but implemented in a small group of up to three individuals. This element brings built in community and accountability to the experience which can be a great motivator to keep you on track to reach your goals.

Sports Performance Training

Targeted for athletes of all ages, sports performance training includes the same elements of personal or small group training but with an added emphasis of speed, agility and power development. Training these qualities can carry over to the field or court, giving you a competitive edge.

Remote Training

Through the use of the TrainHeroic digital platform, customized training programs can be sent directly to your phone/device for you to complete in the comfort of your own home or gym. Regular check-ins and communication increases accountability and adherence.

About Me

Hi, I’m Ben. And this actually isn’t about me — it’s about YOU.

I first developed a passion for health, fitness and human performance as a slightly above average collegiate athlete at a Division III school and wanted to learn how to maximize my athletic potential. This pursuit led me to study exercise science and become a life long learner in the field.

But my passion should not be confused with my purpose. What truly motivates me is helping others and seeing them reach their own potential.

Whether you’re building speed, training for a 5k, staying active for your grandkids, building strength, or losing weight, I’m here for YOU.

Reaching goals takes time and is rarely easy. Progress may be slow or challenges can set us back. That’s why being steadfast is a key to success.
